The law firm’s operations are led by attorney Erik Danhard, who on an ad hoc basis engages special expertise in assignments. The law firm’s core area is employment and labor law in the broad sense – i.e. everything between workplace accidents and the application of GDPR.
Within this broad framework, issues regarding corporate acquisitions, outsourcing, dismissals, work environment investigations, collective bargaining agreements, pensions, trade secrets, integrity legislation and corporate management are also handled. A large part of the business consists of dispute resolution, primarily within the area of employment and labor law but also within other areas of law.
In dispute contexts, Erik Danhard acts as an representative, mediator and arbitrator. He is frequently hired as a lecturer at universities, private educational institutions and clients and is the author of many books and articles.
